Meeting started around 10:30 am and the following matters were discussed.

1.0 ISBC

-DAQN instructed ISB to put dowels only.
-AB and DAQN instructed the ISB to prioritize the slab.
1.3 Proposed -AB informs ISB to follow the schedule.

2.0 Architectural
2.1 Architectural - AB requested ATA+C to study the expansion of powder room from grid 3
plans to grid 4.

-The body agreed that by nest Saturday the formworks for beams at
second floor have been installed.

-AB and DAQN requested ATA+C a 2 to 3 days progress reports.

2.2 Windows and
Doors -AB instructed DAQN and ATA+C to issue the final schedule of doors and
windows by next meeting for proposals.

3.0 Trade
Contractors -AB instructed Sonny Panaligan to indicate in the proposal the time table
3.1 Steel Trusses and to refer the floor height and inside gutter to architectural plans.

-AB instructed Michael Delos Santos to submit a proposal with samples.

3.2Water Proofing
There being no other matters to address; the meeting adjourned at around 12:00 pm
