Investing in the future of Deloitte with TURF

Since 2004, the Big Four firms have held annual recruitment fairs for NTU students This year however, all three
local universities (NTU, NUS and SMU) were involved in the Tri-University Recruitment Fair (TURF) held on 8
October 2009.

The aim of TURF is to allow final year Accountancy students to gain a better understanding of the Big Four
firms’ auditing and financial services, prior to submitting their job applications. 75 representatives from all four
service lines were present for answering queries and networking with these undergraduates.

Deloitte plans to recruit about 200 fresh graduates in FY11, with the bulk of them from the three universities.

In addition to being an important vehicle for recruiting fresh graduates, TURF also serves as a platform for
building brand eminence and establishing Deloitte as the foremost employer of choice.
