To audit the scenario related to clauses of ISO9001:2000 to establish whether there is compliance
(C), non-compliance (NC) or whether further investigation (FI) is required.
Should NC be discovered then exact clause of ISO9001:2000 needs to be specified on the form.
If FI is required then the actions the auditor should take need to be explained on the form.

Scenario-1 :
“When in a kitchen during an audit you ask the chef who is responsible for measuring the
temperatur of food in the fridge, and ask him whether there are any records of the temperature
checks. The chef said that there are regular checks on the fridge and freezer operating temperature
but they don't write down because the fridge and freezers are operating at correct temperature as
they are new.”

Scenario-2 :
“You are conducting an initial audit and realized that maintenance of equipment process is
outsourced while the company stated that they do all the process in the house and stated no
outsourced process in the quality manual”
