How to Reach a “Blocked” Website !

First find a “proxy server.” Simply search the internet for “proxy servers”. (Even a good
proxy server might not work later. Therefore, learn how to find them. For these
instructions, we will use an actual proxy server in Taiwan with the technical specs
“address 139.223.199.194” and “port 8080”.)

Then proceed as follows:

1. Go to SETTINGS.
2. Go to CONTROL PANEL
3. Go to INTERNET
4. Check “proxy server”
5. Enter address – 139.223.199.194
6. Enter port – 8080

That’s it!
