Hello and good morning to all, here is my presentation about

ELECTRIC GUITAR
Today I brought my guitar hero controller as a demonstration because
I’m afraid that my guitar get steal by anyone.

• The guitar is a musical instrument of the chordophone family.

• A chordophone is any musical instrument that makes sounds by vibrating string.
• The standard guitar has six strings.
• Guitars are the main instruments in jazz, blues, country, rock music, and pop
music.
• The two main guitar types are the electric guitars and the acoustic guitars.
• Electric guitars were introduced in the 1930s.
• An electric guitar is a guitar using pickups to convert its metal string vibration
into electricity. This is amplified with an instrument amplifier
• Pickups are the rectangle-shaped bar under the strings of the guitar that is placed
here.
• Some electric guitars have a vibrato arm. This is the vibrato arm. Sometimes the
vibrato arm is called a "whammy bar" or "tremolo bar". It’s a lever attached to the
bridge which can slacken or tighten the strings temporarily and creating a
bouncing effect on the sound.
• Bridge is a device that attach on a guitar that placed here. It is used to hold these
strings tightly.
• There are 3 types of electric guitar which are bass guitar, rhythm guitar and lead
guitar.
• A lead guitar plays melody lines and guitar solos within a song. Lead guitar are
sometimes played by plucking the strings to make sounds like a screaming
woman.
• The lead guitar usually helped by a second guitarist who plays rhythm guitar.
• Rhythm guitar provide rhythm or beat sound.
• The bass guitar played with the fingers or thumb by plucking, slapping, popping,
tapping, or thumping.
• The bass guitar has a larger body, longer neck and length, with four strings.
• The most famous electric guitar manufacturer is Gibson.
• The most famous Gibson guitars are Gibson Flying V, Gibson Les Paul, Gibson
ES-335 and Epiphone Casino VT which is the most expensive electric guitar.
• Here are the guitarist who got the highest rank for playing their guitar well:

a) The best bass guitarist is The Flee from the band called Red Hot Chili
Peppers. He is also the creator of playing the bass guitar by slapping.
b) The best lead guitarist is Sinister Gates from the band called Avenged
Sevenfold.
c) The best rhythm guitarist is Josh Farro from the band Paramore.
