Booking Advance 15%
Within 30 days from the date of booking 10%
On completion of 2nd podium in which the unit is booked 10%
On completion of 2nd floor roof slab in which the unit is booked 10%
On completion of 8th floor roof slab in which the unit is booked 10%
On completion of 14th floor roof slab in which the unit is booked 10%
On completion of 20th floor roof slab in which the unit is booked 10%
On completion of 26th floor roof slab in which the unit is booked 8%
Within 90 days from the completion of 26th floor roof slab 7%
Within 180 days from the completion of 26th floor roof slab 5%

Stamp duty, registration charges & Vat will be extra and will be as per the Govt. norms prevailing at the time of registration.

All payment to be made by Cheques / Demand drafts to be drawn in favour of Lanco Hills Technology Park Pvt. Ltd., payable at Hyd.

No cash payment shall be accepted.

Corpus Fund & Maintenance are payable at the time of possession.
