Kiwi Delight Cookies

180gm Butter 130gm self raising flour

120gm Castor sugar 100gm flour
½ tsp salt 50gm tapioca flour
½ tsp pandan paste 50gm almond ground
2 tblsp peanut butter 30gm ground pumpkin seed

Method:-
1. Mix butter, sugar, peanut butter and pandan paste
2. Add other ingredients
3. Roll, cut to the required shape
4. Bake 180 C (15-20min)
