You have attended the BBA (Hons.) Counselling : Please bring the followings for final admission.

(i) Mark Sheet of the Qualifying Examination – XII Class

(ii) Character Certificate from the Principal/Head of the School/Institution last attended
(iii) OBC Certificate in Prescribed Proforma, along with Creamy Layer Certificate, mentioning clearly
that the father of the candidate does not come under the 'CREAMY-LAYER', in case of OBC
candidates.
(iv) Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST Category candidates by Tehsildar/SDM. Mentioning the
Annual Income.
(v) Domicile Certificate
(vi) Mark Sheet of X Standard
(vii) Transfer Certificate
(viii) Migration Certificate
(ix) Six Coloured Passport-Sized Photographs
(x) Gap Certificate in Original
(xi) Income Certificate of Father's/Guardian
You are also required to bring the following Demand Drafts as fees for the First Year of the Programme :
1. Demand Draft Favouring "Registrar, Dr. H.S.Gour University, Sagar", for Rs. 7,500/- (Rupees
Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) Per Semester.
2. Demand Draft Favouring "PMC, FMS, Sagar", for Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) Yearly.
3. Demand Draft Favouring "PMC, FMS, Sagar" for Rs. 1,500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred) as Library
Caution Money (Refundable).
4. If selected, University Challan of Rs. 1310/- to be deposited in cash at SBI, University Branch, Sagar

In case you are found eligible, and short-listed for admission, you will be required to submit the above at the
Head's Office at FMS, Sagar. Please note that all fees, once submitted, will be refunded as per Central
University rules and proposed regulations. The candidate will be required compulsorily to attend admission
process and documents verification in person. No TA & DA will be payable to the candidates. The candidates
are required to stay in the Department till the admission process and documents verification is complete.
Appearance in admission process and documents verification does not guarantee right of admission.
