to subordinates and request completion of self-
appraisal.
10/15/10 Operating managers complete written appraisal
forms on each subordinate and submit to
immediate supervisor for review and approval.
10/22/10 All performance appraisals and compensation
change requests sent to human resources.
11/03/10 All appraisals and compensation change requests
returned to department heads for distribution.

Managers schedule performance appraisal


interviews with subordinates after approved
appraisals received.
11/12/10 All performance appraisal interviews completed.

All compensation changes announced.

Meeting date to establish goals and review dates


for next year set (Recommended).
