1) To engage in a strategy session regarding prospective

litigation and to hear from the Mayor and the
administration regarding the Federal Emergency
Management Agency (FEMA) National Flood
Insurance Program (NPIP) requirements, potential
alternative causes of action and consequences of
proposed Digital Flood Insurance Rate Maps (DFIRMs)
and alternatives to the city and surrounding
communities related thereto.

D. ANY OTHER BUSINESS WHICH BY UNANIMOUS

CONSENT MAY PROPERLY COME BEFORE THE
COUNCIL.
