I. BASIC FUNCTION & SCOPE

To do the secretarial function for HRD activities.

II. ACCOUNTABILITIES % Time

1. To control and keep stationery stock.


2. To filing the HRD’s document and letter.
3. To check and make report of employee attendance.

III. DUTIES PERFORMED

1. To check and report attendance record from section.


2. To receive and classify all letter for HRD.
3. Make monthly report of employee leave record.
4. To write and type the letter.
5. Make monthly report of employee leave record.
6. To keep the cleanliness of work equipment and work environment.

IV. SUPERVISION & ASSISTANCE

1. Immediate Supervision : HRD Officer, Factorical Coordinator


and HRD & GA Manager

2. Functional Assistance/Guidance : -

VI. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS


1. Education : Senior High School Minimum

2. Training Required : - Manajemen kearsipan


- Kesekretarisan
- Database program

3. Experience & Qualification : Minimum 4 years in Manufacture

4. Age : 23 – 35 years

5. Knowledge : - Filing system / management


- Personnel database
- Understand English to spoken and
written
- Reporting technique
- Payroll System

6. Skills : - MS Excel, Ms Word, MS PowerPoint


- Communicativeness
- Familiar with database program
