Dennis,

I spoke with Mrs. Monno this morning (that seemed to help calm and comfort her) and
promised I would look into her concerns, and subsequently meet with her. I have also
spoken with Joe Theobald about this incident and he will be providing all of the
information for us (Joe, Chuck, myself) to review. I will have a better idea what can be
conveyed during that meeting pending the review of the tapes and reports. I was
previously made aware of this incident, turned it over to Joe Theobald, and I will add
there is some validity to her concerns" Should you feel I need to meet with you or Guy
prior to this meeting, please advise. Otherwise I will keep you closely informed of the
progress and outcome. I copied the Mayor in that I noticed him on the original
distribution of her e-mail.
