Title : Efficiency of Fault Tolerance Feature of SNORT for Network

Intrusion Detection
Software : SNORT Tool, C and Java.
Description :
This project is an intrusion-tolerant mechanism that is built over SNORT which is
seamlessly integrated with its framework. This project aims at extending tolerance feature
of existing system over intrusions and includes a preprocessor for ARP packets. Further,
classification of unprocessed packets is also done using k-NN algorithm.
