10th Convocation, February 2011
NOTIFICATION
The 10th Convocation of the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka
will be held on 3rd February, 2011.
Those who obtained degree(s)/diploma(s) from different department/institutes of this
University within the period 16th November, 2005 to 31st December, 2010 and would like
to attend the Convocation are requested to apply by 5th January, 2011 in the prescribed
form available in the office of the Controller of Examinations. The format of the application
can also be downloaded from the BUET website: http://www.buet.ac.bd. The Convocation
fee for each degree or diploma is Tk. 1500/- (Taka one thousand five hundred) only. The
convocation fee may be paid through Pay Order/Bank Draft from any Chartered Bank or
Deposit Slip from Sonali Bank BUET Branch, Dhaka in favour of "BUET CONVOCATION-2011"
and must be enclosed with each application.
Graduates may also apply in the Proforma application form as shown below in A4 size
offset paper.
A graduate may bring only one guest in the convocation. The name of the guest must be
mentioned in the appropriate place of the application form.
Graduate who have already received original certificates may also apply for participation in
the Convocation on payment of Convocation fee.
