Supervisor Review

 Additional and Primary Managers give Five Point Rating Scale

comments and rating on each objective Outstanding Contribution (OSC)
 Rating is based on the new five-point rating Excellent Contribution (ECC)
scale
Highly Valued Contribution (HVC)
 In case an objective has been completed,
More Contribution Expected (MCE)
the Supervisor may close the objective, so
that it need not be reviewed again during Unsatisfactory Contribution (USC)
Annual Appraisal

Please Note… Why?

No Overall Rating • The aim of the Interim Appraisal is only to assess
progress with respect to objectives and take
corrective action if required
No Competency Assessment • Interim Appraisal is a stock-take of progress against
G&Os rather than an assessment of competency
