Paper Presentation Guidelines

1.  Technical paper must be typed in A4 size paper with 1 inch margin on all sides.

2.  The title of the paper must be 16font, Bold, Times New Roman. The headings should
be 14 font, Bold, Times New Roman. The sub-headings need to be in 12 font, Bold,
Times New Roman. The rest of the paper must be in 12 font, Times New Roman, single
column, 1.5 spacing.

3.  All figures and graphs must be embedded at the appropriate place.

4.  Maximum of two authors per paper are permitted.

5.  Total information of the author is mandatory just below the title. The paper should be
limited to a maximum of 8 pages.

6.  The paper must contain references.

7.  Completed paper should be sent in word document format only in 2003 or 2007 or
lower versions.

8.  PowerPoint slides also must be prepared in Microsoft Office 2003 or 2007 or earlier
versions.

9.  Paper presentation contest will be on 16th December 2010.
