Click on "Organizational Management".

In sap easy access menu, you need to follow the path to go to the desired screen. After selecting “human
resource”, go to "Organizational Management" as shown in the screen.

Click on "Organizational Plan".

Click on "Organization & Staffing".

6. CHANGE "ORGANIZATION AND STAFFING"

Double click "Change" or enter transaction code “PPOME” in the command field.

Under “Organization and Staffing”, you need to select the option named "Change" alternatively you can
type transaction code "PPOME" in the command field.

Click on the desired department.

Select your desired department/ unit for abolition.

Double click on your desired department.

By double clicking on the desired unit/ Department, you will get the details of that unit in the detail area at
the bottom right side of the screen.

9. CHANGING DEPARTMENT NAME

9.1. Required User Input


Click on an “Organizational Unit” field and enter the new desired name of the department.

Click on “Organizational Unit” field and enter the new desired name of the department.

10. ENTRY OF NEW NAME

Enter any new name.

You can enter any desired name for your department like for example entered "-111" as shown in the
screen.

11. ENTRY OF NEW NAME

Click where shown and enter the desired new name of the department.

Click on the field as shown in the above screen to enter the same department name.

12. NAME ENTRY FOR DEPARTMENT

12.1. Required User Input


Enter any desired name.

Enter the same name of the organizational unit as done in the previous step. i.e "-111".

Click on the button as shown on the screen.

If the “Valid from” and “to” dates are not visible then click on the button as shown on the screen.

14. START DATE

Enter required start date.

Click on validity from date field and enter your start date.

Enter "Sap Acceptable" format for date.

In the "valid from" date field you must enter the date in the sap acceptable format. i.e "01.01.07"or
"01.01.2007" or "010107".

Enter required end date.

Click on "to date" and enter end date in the specified format

Enter sap acceptable format for date.

In the "to" date field you must enter the date in the sap acceptable format. i.e "31.12.07" or "31.12.2007"
or "311207".
