National Oil Spill Commission Hosts Forum to Discuss

Final Report Recommendations
Washington - The National Commission on the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and Offshore
Drilling will host a New Orleans forum for interested members of the public to learn about and
discuss the Commission’s final report and recommendations for avoiding another spill disaster.

Coverage of the forum is open to the press.

An availability for media will follow.

The forum follows by a day the Commission’s planned presentation in Washington D.C. on
their final report regarding the root causes of BP’s Macondo well blowout in the Gulf and
preventing future such disasters.
