DEED OF RENUNCIATION AND QUIT CLAIMS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Renunciation and Quit-Claim made and executed on this 5th day
of January 2009 at Olongapo City and between:

MARCELIANA FLORES RANKIN, of legal age, Filipino, with postal and

mailing address at # 1405-D Tulio St., Tabacuhan Sta. Rita, Olongapo City
hereinafter called as the TRANSFEROR;

and

WILBERT CANCHELA VENZON, of legal age, Filipino, and with postal and
mailing address at #1405-D Tulio St., Tabacuhan Sta. Rita, Olongapo City
hereinafter called as the TRANSFEREE;

WITNESSETH

1. That the TRANSFERROR is the lawful owner/possessor of “HIS WAY INTERNET

CAFÉ” and including all improvements therein located at #1369 Tabacuhan
Rd. Sta. Rita, Olongapo City;

2. That the TRANSFEROR is desirous to waive and transfer all of his rights,
interest, participation on the said Internet Café and including all
improvements therein located at the above mentioned address by virtue of
her rights in favor of the TRANSFEREE;

3. That this Deed, the TRANSFEROR hereby WAIVED, TRANSFER, CONVEY and
RENOUNCE and forever Quit-Claim all her RIGHTS, INTEREST and
PARTICIPATION on the said business and including all improvements therein
in favor of the TRANSFEREE.
