Anytime it's Bb13 you can use : Bb blues scale, Bb Major Pentatonic, Bb mixolydian,
Eb13 : you should use Bb minor pentatonic/blues scale
C-7 to F9 is part of that II V I
Then turnaround with Bb blues scale etc

The G7 can be outlined for extra shimmer, but be patient, this takes time. Just remember the Bb blues
scale can "survive" the whole progression which we like a lot.
