Subject: Floral Finds Annual Design Conference

The time for the Annual Design Conference is here. The event is intended to expose employees to varying
design styles, to inspire creative and innovative designs and to provide an outlet for designers to showcase their
work. Floral Designs welcomes the participation of all team members, and you are invited!

This year’s conference will be held on Sunday, November 1. Participants are permitted to enter at 10 a.m. to
allow for any preparation. The conference will begin at noon and conclude at approximately 6 p.m. A panel of
judges will distribute awards at the conclusion of the conference. A complementary buffet dinner will follow.

Materials will be provided by Floral Designs. Participants should submit a detailed list of requested materials
and quantities no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, October 23. Approved materials will be ordered the following
Monday; therefore, all submissions will be considered final. If you have any questions please dial extension
