Rules & Regulations

Event Details
• The event will be held in 2 Phases
• Phase 1: Online prelims will be conducted on 15th January, 2011 at
22:00 hours on http://prelims.iimlmanfest.com
• Phase 2: 6 teams will be shortlisted for this phase. Teams will play
an online simulation on Operations
• Cash prize ` 20,000 will be awarded to the winning team and ` 10,000
to the runners-up team.
• Completely online event – Physical presence of students at IIM
Lucknow campus is not required during any phase of the event.

Participation & Registration Guidelines
• Participation is open to all students from B-schools
• Participating teams must consist of 2 members from the same
institute.
• Any individual can be part of one team only
• The decision of the organizers will be binding on all teams
• Teams are required to register at http://register.iimlmanfest.com by
20:00 hours, January 15th, 2011

Phase 1
• Teams are required to attempt an online quiz at
http://prelims.iimlmanfest.com at 22:00 hours on January 15th,
2011
• The quiz will be based on several disciplines in Operations
• Further rules and details about the quiz will be made available at
the assessment center portal when you attempt the quiz

Phase 2
• 6 teams will be shortlisted based on the prelims results
• Any number of teams may qualify from one institute
• Phase-II is also an online round.
• Further details about this phase will be provided to shortlisted
teams
