ATTENDANCE COMPULSORY TIME: 9.00 A.M. ONWARDS

NOTE: Students are eligible to take their examination only if they attend the PCP on all the days. If inspite of this
warning; a student failing to fulfil the attendance requirement gets him registered and writes the examination his
results will be cancelled.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Students must be punctual for all the classes on all the days at the Venue atleast ten minutes before the commencement of
each session. Students are advised to preserve this calendar carefully to attend the PCP without fail for their full benefit.
2. Students should bring their identity cards with them and show it to the Co-ordinator; otherwise, they are not eligible to attend
the classes.
3. The Personal Contact programme attendance certificate for the supplementary candidates and fresh candidates
(Enrolment Number not mentioned in the roll) will not be issued at the PCP centre.The attendance certificates will be
sent to the candidates directly by the Directorate through Registered Post in the following week.
4. Exemption from attending the PCP will not be entertained under any circumstances. Medical Certificate (or) any other
explanation for inability to attend the PCP will not be considered.
5. Supplementary students should pay subsequent PCP fee of Rs.200/- by way of demand draft drawn in favour of
The Director, DDE, Annamalai University and submit to the co-ordinator on the first day of the PCP.
6. Attendance Certificate will be issued only at the end of the PCP.
7. Cell phones are not permitted inside the class room.
8. Students have to make their own arrangements for the Boarding and Lodging.
9. Students are eligible to take their examinations only if they attend the PCP on all the days.
