Oxford is headquartered in Toronto with offices throughout Canada and in New York, NY and London,
UK. Oxford has over 1,300 employees and is comprised of experienced investment, development
and asset management teams supported by full scale, dedicated property management, research,
and leasing teams, as well as an extensive corporate services team of accounting, finance, treasury,
information technology, tax, marketing, risk management, governance and legal professionals.
Oxford’s 50 year record of success and innovation in the Canadian market remains the model for
building scale and creating long term value in every market in which it chooses to operate.

As one of North America’s largest commercial real estate companies, it manages over 100 assets
representing 50 million square feet. The Real Estate Management team (REM) consists of property
management, leasing, national programs and asset management, professionals – engaged in on
the ground active management to drive asset performance for Oxford and Oxford’s co-investment
partners. Oxford’s portfolio and the REM team have won a diverse array of leading industry awards
in the areas of property management, building design, customer service and environmental
sustainability.

Oxford is divided into three geographic regions – Canada, the US and Europe – each of which
operates a vertically integrated platform. Currently Oxford has $16.4 billion in assets under
management ($12.3 billion at share), and Oxford’s growth strategy includes new acquisitions,
development and the astute active management of world class and scale assets diversified by
property type, partner relationships and risk-reward profile.
