impusieron las manos y se pronunció sobre él la oración consecratoria. Se le ungió y se le
entregó el báculo pastoral, según el Pontifical Romano de su S.S. Paulo VI, dentro del
Sagrado Rito de la Eucaristía. Fueron presbíteros asistentes, P. Yezid Román Galindo
López, C.C. 79.654.350, de Bogotá y el P. José Manuel González Riomaña C.C. 19.337.888,

He was transferred to the see of Meaux by Popé Clement X, 1671. He, in turn, consecrated in the

of several priests ordained in Ireland by Luke Fagan, Bishop of Meath, afterwards Archbishop
of Dublin, with the view of sustaining the independence of the ancient Church of the
Netherlands, founded by St. Willibrord in the VII Century. By his consecration to the
Episcopate, the succession of the Oíd Catholic Church in Holland has been perpetuated.

FRANGÍS XAVIER RESCH to the holy priesthood on August 15, 1933, and consecrated him to
the episcopacy on December 8, 1940. He was later elected Archbishop. He consecrated,
21) WALTER XAVIER BROWN to the episcopacy on August 25, 1963, in St. Francis Church,
Kankakee, Ulinois, who was later elected Archbishop. He consecrated,
