Rules and Guideline for presenting seminar and writing report are as follows.

1. It is necessary to attend seminar by all students.

2. Format of report should be in the following manner:

(a) Report should be Spiral binded with blue color only.

(b) Order of contents:
i.Front page(as attached)
ii.Acknowledgment
iii.Contents (Index)
iv.List of figures (if any)
v.List of tables (if any)
vi.Certificate ( Signed by HOD)
vii.-------------------------------
viii.-------------------------------
ix.Scope of the Seminar Topic
x.Topic 1……
xi.Topic 2……

xiii.Conclusions
xiv.References

(c) Font size:

i.Seminar Title 18-20 pts,
ii.Chapter title 16 pts,
iii.Sub titles 14 pts,
iv.Text 12 pts.
v.Font Type Standard (Arial/Times New
Roman)

(d) No. of report pages not less than 40 and not greater than 60.

(e) Page Margin as : Left: 1.25” ; Right: 0.75” ; Top : 1” ; Bottom : 1.5”

(f) All the text in any paragraph should be justify & any table/figure should
be in center position with their standard sizing (Give additional details of
table/figure referred through any outside resource).
(g) All students are compulsory to submit the report as well as presentation
slides in digital format in the appropriate folder/directory at the
computer system (Venue).
