to walk through this tunnel since the pirates
brought their treasure here!” Antonio said
with awe.
“I would have been a great pirate,” Michael 8 9
said, waving his flashlight like a sword.
“You would have been the second best pirate
around . . . second only to me of course!” Dalila bragged.
“En garde!” Michael shouted as he jumped toward Dalila.
“We must do battle for the title of best pirate.”

“Prepare to walk the plank, matey!” Dalila returned.
“Would you guys stop!” Antonio cried. “You’d both be better
pirates than me. No good pirate could be afraid of heights.”
“Aww, c’mon Antonio,” Michael said as the flashlight dropped
to his side. “At least you’re not afraid of the dark.’
