Rocuronium 10 mg/mL. 5-10 mL. Face pillow PRN prone
Vecuronium 1 mg/mL. Reconstitute.
Cisatracurium 2 mg/mL. 10 mL. Vascular (“Bloodway”)
Glycopyrrolate 0.2 mg/mL. 5 mL. IV cath, tape, dressing
