To support managers in the implementation of the organizational-wide

initiative for the performance planning, coaching, and development of
AAHS' employees

OBJECTIVES:

1. Translate AAHS' Mission, Vision, and Values into a desired

organizational culture for the year 20002

2. Align the business and operational goals and standards with the critical
managerial, professional, team, and organizational performance
competencies

3. Provide a systematic framework for the implementation of the planning,

coaching, and development process

OUTCOMES:

1. A collective organizational performance culture profile for the Year 2001

2. Identification of the Leadership and Managerial competencies required

to achieve the desired performance culture

3. Alignment and integration of operational standards with performance

competencies and AAHS' Mission and Vision

4. Efficient management and implementation of the Coaching And Review

for Excellence (CARE) Process
