Check-in Counter
The P831 counter is a complete, efficient workstation system for airport check-in with
flexible internal cabinetry, a high level of durability as well as stylish and functional
finishes which can be easily customised to suit specific requirements. The standard
P831 check in counter can be partially customised to meet the airports space and
operational requirements and in addition, the counter can be dressed up or down to
accommodate visual and budgetary limitations and requests.
The standard P831 counter includes an internal wire manager; bagtag and boarding
pass printer mobiles, a CPU cupboard, rubbish bin, a conveyor control console and
telephone console.

AIAL check-in counters are manufactured from formed Corian or moulded GPR (Glass
reinforced polyester) exterior surfaces. All panels are of sandwich construction and
provide a continuous, seam-free moulded skin of approximately 3mm thickness on an
MUF core.

Z SERIES
Check-in Counter
The Z Series work stations utilise the minimum amount of space yet provide a complete
and efficient workstation system for all airport terminal requirements including check-
in, information, immigration and general airport counters. The Z Series counters can
be shipped flat packed in component form making them an efficient counter for those
destinations hampered by high transport costs.

Finishes:
Glass Reinforced Panels (GRP) are manufactured to the highest industry standards by
highly specialised staff under strictly controlled conditions with side and front panels
30mm thick. Standard panels are GRP sandwich construction on MUF core. Both faces
have a minimum of 5mm GRP. Load bearing areas have a minimum of 6mm GRP.
The polyester gel coat selected is resistant to surface wear fully pigmented and has an
average thickness of 0.6mm. The gel coat is free of pits and irregularities.
GRP is fire resistant to BS 476 class 2 Panels can be supplied with GRP on the outer
faces with Formica or Melamine on the insides.
The finished GRP is temperature and humidity stable between 40 degrees centigrade
and between 0 to 100% relative humidity. GRP inherently has a gloss finish with two-part
polyurethane finish coats, imparting a durable surface, resistant to scratching,
cleaning agents and a wide range of solvents.

WING
Beam Seating
The Wing range of beam seating utilises the hard wearing and very serviceable
properties of polyurethane (PU), a rubberlike substance, PU allows for a seat to be both
flexible and firm incorporating the best traits of hard and soft furnishings. The PU in the
Wing range of seats is moulded over a robust support structure of steel plate and boasts
an integral colour giving the same overall colour appearance even in the event of cuts or
wilful damage.
The Wing range provides an excellent alternative to traditional gate lounge seating or can
be used in conjunction with UFL Group’s other seating ranges to maintain a consistent
thumbprint of design throughout the terminal.
The Wing beam seat is environmentally friendly thanks to the ability to recycle the metal
parts and the seats at the end of their useful life.

FIXED BARRIERS
PGS-47 is a fixed barrier system for permanent or semi permanent passenger
guidance. The guidance system controls passenger direction, is secure, and denies
passenger interference but is easily rearranged by service staff.
PGS-47 eliminates tape barrier damage and passenger interference and provides a
positive and permanent aesthetic appearance.

The PGS 9340 standard rubbish bin is a simple but sophisticated design for general
purpose. The bin is manufactured from brushed stainless steel with a removable metal
bin liner. A rubber base avoids marking floors and the removable lid can be permanently
linked to the bin through the use of an optional chain fastening.
The PGS 9360 smokers bin is the same design as the PGS 9340 model but includes a
permanent closure on the lid for sand and smokers use in addition to a cutout in the
side of the bin for general rubbish.
