TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Validity : 30 days from the date of this offer.

2. Delivery : 4-6 weeks after receipt of Purchase Order.
3. Sales Tax shall be extra C.S.T. @ 12.5 % Or 2 % against Form "C".
4. Freight charges shall be extra at actuals.
5. Payment Terms : 50 % advance and 50 % against proforma invoice.
6. Price of imported products are subjected to adjustment depending on the currency
7. Our offer does not include charges for supervision of installation & commissioning.
These charges shall be Rs. 2000/- per day + travel expenses, at actuals
