CRM OBJECTIVES

SOP, CREW COORDINATION DURING NORMAL, ABNORMAL AND EMERGENCY


SITUATIONS, CREW DECISION MAKING, CAPTAIN MANAGING CAPABILITIES AND
COMMUNICATION, ATC RADIO WORK AND GENERAL CREW COMMUNICATION AND
FEEDBACK.

DURATION APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR INSTRUCTOR MUST MANAGE TO FILL ALL


MANEUVERS IN THE STIPULATED TIME.

SECTION 2

1. REJECTED TAKE OFF. AT LEAST 3 MANEUVERS AFTER 80 KTS, CLOSE TO V1


AND DUE NO AUTOFEATHER.

2. ENGINE FAILURE AFTER V1 AT 100 FEET’S, IMMEDIATELY AFTER V1 WITH


AUTOFEATHER AND NO AUTOFEATHER, AND ENGINE FIRE AFTER V1, AT
LEAST 3 MANEUVERS.

3. SINGLE ENGINE APPROACH AND LANDING WITH MISSED APPROACH, UNTIL


50 FEET’S.

4. CABIN RAPID DEPRESSURIZATION PROCEDURES.

5. FLIGHT CONTROLS FAILURE AILERON OR ELEVATOR.*

6. WIND SHEAR RECOVERY RECOGNITION AND RECOVERY DURING LANDING
