Summary Description
Nexbis (formerly Entertainment Media & Telecoms Corporation Ltd), based in Australia, develops and commercialises
hospitality entertainment solutions, including digital video-on-demand, Internet access and other related services. It also offers
mobile application development consulting services and develops and commercialises mobile applications. Sapio Consulting
Sweden (a wholly owned subsidiary) is a European developer of mobile communication technology.

In the year to end-June 2009, Nexbis achieved revenues of AU$65.7 million (annual growth of 281.4%) and net profit of
AU$45.9 million (annual growth of 292.3%).

Senior Management: Dr. Mohamed Al Amin Abdul Majid (Chairman); Dato Sri Johann Young (Director, CEO); Peter James
Dykes (Executive Director, CFO).

In August 2009, John Houston resigned as Chairman.
