PREFACE
The purpose of this report is to explain what I did and learned during my internship
period in the Business Development Office at the CPA Australia. CPA Australia is the
7th largest accounting body in the world. At CPA Australia, I have a chance to
experience in different tasks as customer service, administrative assistant and
business supporter.
With 4 months working at CPA Australia, it gave me a great lesson as how to manage
the work tasks, how to deal with the supplier, how to communicate with customer, and
more than ever I learned how to work independently.

The purpose and benefits of the internship:

• Applying theoretical knowledge in practical grounds

• Enriching the working management skills and having chance to interact

with customer

• Improving communication and English written skills

• Analyzing and solving the problem

I started internship at CPA Australia on September. The duration of my internship

program was 4 valuable months.
