Manawatu Digi Awards entries was completed by a student or students of my
school from an original concept and as part of a classroom learning
experience.

I also verify that if non-original audio or visual content was used in the making
of the entry (i.e. copyrighted music, video, images, logos or trademarks) that:

 I have sought the written permission of the copyright holders or owners

to reproduce their content for public exhibition (the awards evening
screening, DVDs websites.)

 I have attached written evidence to this form with reference to the

specific entry the permission refers to.

I also hereby grant to The Manawatu Digi Awards organizers the right to use
this entry for promotional and educational purposes.
All entries will remain the copyright of the school, however this entry release
statement will allow the organizers to use the submitted entries for purposes
such as promotional work, DVD reproduction, website viewing and press
profiles.
