COMMITTEE IN OBSTETRICS & GYNAECOLOGY

As you are aware, it is the responsibility of the above committee to organise and supervise
the training of Specialty Registrars in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

You are therefore advised that the Obstetrics & Gynaecology ARCP Panel will be meeting
on Friday 6th May 2011 to consider the evidence gathered by you relating to your
progress in the training programme.

You are required to submit all ARCP paperwork to the Deanery by Friday 22nd April 2010.
In addition please return a signed copy of your Form R (enclosed, this is an annual
requirement of the college). Please ensure you send two copies of any documentation
supplied.

Trainees are reminded that is their responsibility to ensure that all paperwork is submitted
by the required deadlines.

For further information regarding the ARCP process you should refer to Section 7 of “A
Guide to Postgraduate Specialty Training in the UK” (the Gold Guide, 2007)
