la agregacion de determinaciones no resueltas se revelara en la politica
sin mediaciones hasta configurar un corte de conflicto no estructurable.
Todos los elementos de juicio disponibles permiten hacer la previsi6n de
que la zona vivira crisis estatales de vasto alcance. El que esas crisis
estatales se extiendan hasta dar lugar a crisis nacionales generales o si-
tuaciones revolucionarias depende, como es natural, de otras circunstan-
cias adicionales. Pero si lo fundamental de la situaci6n revolucionaria
consiste en la imposibilidad por parte del poder estatal de conocer la
envergadura ni la direcci6n de las determinaciones de la sociedad civil,
en la inoperancia factual de las mediaciones, dando lugar a un ancho
campo para la iniciativa de las masas, que ahora son masas no mediadas,
sin duda la disoluci6n previsible del actual estatuto estatal tiende a
originar ese tipo de situacion.
