empowerment, more power, more autonomy, new challenges, new roles, new
opportunities to express their creativity, etc.

Give them recognition for their achievements

A motivational technique is to recognize their good performance, objectives,

performance or achievements.
For this we can reward their good economic performance, praise for work done, or to
give recognition to their peers, for example, through a ceremony where they reward
employees who have had better performance over a period of time.

Show interest in them
