MOTIVATION
Is to show interest in their actions, achievements and problems, not only by what
happens within the scope of the company, but also, for what may happen in your
personal life.
For this we ask and advise on personal problems, support their personal goals or
development, for example, giving them time, and permission to lead studies, or even
fund some of these.
Another way to motivate a worker is to make them feel committed to and identified
with the company.
To do this we must make you feel comfortable working in our company, and feel that is
a fundamental part in its development, we can, for example, with greater responsibility,
provide more power, more autonomy, limited supervision, support their personal goals.
Another form of motivation is to make the worker feel useful, thoughtful, and that you
feel is important and taken into account by the company.
To do this we must give them greater participation, for example by allowing them to
express their ideas or opinions, providing incentives to give us their suggestions, for
example, through surveys, which also make them feel useful and considerate, we can
obtain valuable suggestions for business.
