OPENING STATEMENT

Honorable Sub Warden sir, Respected Chief Guest Mr.Ravichandran, our most valued
invited guests, ladies and gentlemen & my fellow thomians. It's my privilege to have been
asked to propose a vote of thanks on this occasion. I, on behalf of Tamil Drama Society and
the entire team here together, and on my own behalf extend a very hearty vote of thanks to
all performers for gracing your important work and sharing with us your talents and
opinions today!

THANK THE SPEAKER VOTE OF THANKS EXAMPLES

A big 'Thank You' to our chief guest for spending his valuable time with us today. Even
though we went to his office several times he never hesitated but gave his full cooperation
towards this event.

Further, we are grateful to our Sub Warden sir who spent his time here in this evening and
to our school which provided us with needed facilities on time which helped us make this
event a success.

And, we also would like to acknowledge our gratitude to our Teacher in Charge
Mrs.Prabachandran for her dedicated work towards this event. She guided us through this
event very well and spent her time in correcting our mistakes and helped us a lot in the
evnts.

I must mention our deep sense of appreciation for the performers from Ladies College who
gave us a mind blowing performance here this evening and to their Teacher in Charge
…………………………………….. who accepted our request on the first occasion itself.

I may like to express our sincere thanks to all the teachers who helped us in the events and
decorations specially ………………………………, …………………………………..,……………………………………

For their dedicated participation.

I also should thank our Main sponsor Express Cargo and Co sponsor Assidua International.

I must appreciate the printers who did a good job with the invitations and souvenirs and the
caters who provided us with quality food.

I also wish to express my gratitude to Bling Entertainment, Mr.Marlon Jesudasan who

helped us with the lights and sounds and as we know without these it’s like playing cricket
without a ball.

A big thank you to the college securities who did a good job looking after the hall yesterday
and for their patience because they waited until we left.

I must mention our deep sense of appreciation for the whole committee in making this
event a successful one.
Finally, I would like to extend my thanks to all the companies who contributed to this event.

Well,ladies and gentlemen, an event like this cannot happen overnight. The wheels start
rolling weeks ago. It requires planning and a birds eye for details. We have been fortunate
enough to be backed by a team of very motivated and dedicated colleagues who know their
job and are result oriented.

I cannot thank everyone enough for their involvement and their willingness to take on the
completion of tasks beyond their comfort zones

ladies and gentlemen, once again I want to state that we are all most grateful to all
performers on this stage. We thank you for being with us this evening - it’s been a great
pleasure.
