for said offce.

Upon review of the speifications of objections I stipulate and agree that then! are

an insuffcient number of valid signatures as required by the Election Laws of the State~ of

New York to qualify my candidacy for the offce of Congressman in the 26th District of

the State of New York.

I also acknowledge and stipulate that I failed to file an acceptance as required Iiy

Section 6-158(11) of the New York State Election Law.
