2 major service providers we support are Sprint and Verizon
No resets can be done on a CDMA phone.
Verizon handsets are marked with SCH-XXXX while Sprint handsets are marked SPH-X

CDMA handsets tend to have expandable antenna and has no sim card
Uses PRL or Preferred Roaming List is a data list which provides information on
alternative networks to use when the service provider's primary wireless network
cannot be reached. Without it a cellphone will not be able to roam.
On many networks, regularly updating the PRL is advised if the subscriber uses t
he device outside the home area frequently. To update PRL, one must call service
provider. For Verizon it is *228 Send and for Sprint it is *2 Talk, both with p
rompt for additional information.
Lock Code
NAM lock (Number Assignment Module) for CDMA allows one phone to carry two separ
ate numbers and service plans. Line 1 Line 2. "Initial programming needed" means
no service or account. It is NAM lock when it shows the aforementioned message
and asks for a code. If that's the case, it needs to be transferred to level 3.
Don't do any troubleshooting.
Phone lock for CDMA would be the last 4 digits of the cell phone number by defau
lt.
*If default password doesn't work, send it for repair (reflash). Minimum of 2 op
tions: Send it to service provider or send it to Samsung.
