any crew who doesn’t want to transit this area can be repatriated to home town at owner’s
expenses.

Was asked to plan the passage and then berth Stbd Side. Vessel was provided with B/T and Engines
no tugs. I had to describe location of Pivot point during the entire passage, speed of vessel and
rudder movement at various stages and reasons for that, shallow water effects, effects of wind and
current. Demonstrate use of anchor for berthing (Must). B/T operational on speeds less than 5 knots
and requires 30 mins notice.
