Discussion.
1. A problem, was faced when pounding raisin instead of using grinder. Time was
wasted to pounding the food sample so we not have enough time to carry out the
experiment.
2. For testing non-reducing sugar, I required to heat the food sample and
hydrochloric acid for five minutes. But I face difficulties in counting time because
stopwatch is not provided.
3. I also face difficulties to carry out test for groundnut and raisin because it is not in
liquid form. So I found difficulties in measuring the food sample.
