Position Title Intern – TS MSW

Job Description To support Scientific Writer/s to write, edit and reconcile high quality medical and
scientific documents, as assigned, including CTDs, CSR/ CSR shells, patient
narratives, CTRDs, literature review, abstracts, posters and slide sets.

Major Activities:
(To learn and perform the activities as assigned.)

1. To learn and support Scientific Writer/s to prepare medical and scientific

documents, as assigned, including CTDs, CSR/ CSR shells, patient narratives,
CTRDs, literature review, abstracts, posters and slide sets
2. To learn and support Scientific Writer/s to perform quality control (QC) check of
the above mentioned documents to meet customer/project lead’s expectations.
3. To learn and support Scientific Writer/s to comply with and support group’s
project management tool, standards, policies and initiatives.
4. To learn to follow Novartis specifications for documentation, specifically Novstyle,
templates etc.
5. To learn and support the Scientific Writer/s to follow and track clinical trial
milestones for assigned projects.
6. To learn and support Scientific Writer/s to maintain records for all assigned
projects including archiving.
7. To learn and support Scientific Writer/s ito maintain audit, SOP and training
compliance.
8. To learn and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum requirements Post Graduate Life-science degree (M Pharm., M Sc etc.) / MBBS /MD/ PhD;
Life-science Graduate or equivalent (B Pharm./ B Sc etc.) [prior experience
desirable]
Good written and oral English skills

Desirable
- Prior training/ Exposure / Experience in Clinical Research
- Interest and aptitude for medical/ scientific writing career
