We use the Present Continuous to talk about activities happening now
1. For regular actions. Example: The train leaves at five o’ clock
2. For facts. Example: The President of The USA lives in The White House ♠ AFFIRMATIVE FORM:
SUBJECT AM/ IS/ARE VERB +“ING”
3. For habits. Example: I get up early every day I AM WALKING 4. For things that are always true. Example: It rains a lot in winter. YOU/WE/THEY ARE TALKING ♠ AFFIRMATIVE: With “he” “she” and “it”, the verb adds “S” HE/ SHE/ IT IS PLAYING
