This Software automates the operations involved in

maintenance of a Cyber Cafe. The Software consists of two


main modules namely Server Side Module and Client Side
Module.
Server Side Module for
System Administrator

This Screen shows the status of the cubicles.


The administrator can Register a NEW
customer, Carry Transactions with the
customer, Print the final bill for the customer
and can see various reports by clicking any one
of the buttons given on top of the screen.
Customer Registration

Customer Registration allows a customer to


register as a Package Member, Non Package
Member or a Temporary Member. The details of
both Package and Non Package members are
maintained
Adding New Sundry
Items

This software facilitates to enter any number of


Sundry items which carries out the business in a
browsing center.
Browsing Rate

The Browsing rate is calculated as per the rates


entered by the owner of the browsing center.This
software can calculate the bill as per happy and
normal hours.
Changing Cubicle Number

This software comes with a fixed maximum number


of cubicles . However an option of using the number
of cubicles within the maximum limit is provided.
Billing

A bill is prepared calculating the total payable


amount including the browsing rate and
sundry amount.
Reports

The Following Reports are generated in the software:

• Collection Report Sundry Item wise.


• Collection Report on Browsing Hours.
• Cubicle Earnings.
• Report on member wise earnings etc.
