AUTHORITY TO SELL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This is to authorize MR. JOSE G. DALANON, JR and MS. JENNY RUGA-DALANON both
of legal age Filipino citizens, with address at Phase III, Lot 2, Block 3, Olivarez Homes South, Biñan,
Laguna and Unno. Malugay Street, UPS I, San Martin de Porres, Parañaque City to sell our property
located in the Barrio of Pinagtambangan, Municipality of Labo, Camarines Norte registered with TCT
No. 16064 for the registry of Daet, Camarines Norte. It has a lot area of Twenty One Hectares or a total of
Two Hundred Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Nine (219,949) square meters more or less at a
price of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand (Php2,800,000.00)

It is understood that whatever expenses due to the Seller other than the payment of capital gains
tax, documentary stamp, stamp tax and broker’s professional fee will be for the Sellers’ Account.

It is also understood upon by the Seller and the Brokers that whatever excess amount from Two
Million Eight Hundred Thousand (Php2,800,000.00) will go to the Brokers as Brokers” Profeesional Fee.
