Open Sheet1 & Click Developer Tab…
Click "Record Macro" icon
on the upper left corner...
The Record Macro Window will load..
Let’s name the macro "GetGrades"...
Let's assign "g" as the shortcut key &
click "OK"...
Use the IF function to compute for grade
in E2...
Use same function to determine "PASS"
or "FAILED" in F2...
Copy the formulas all the way to the last
record.
Click "Stop Recording" on the upper left
corner...
Go to Sheet2…
Press Ctrl+d to run the macro…
Column E & F is automatically populated
by using the shortcut key (Ctrl+d)
