1. Examination Form must be filled in by the student himself / herself.
2. For course code (item no. II): Fill first two digits of your Registration Number as your Course Code.
3. A student is eligible to appear in examination for three consecutive Modules i.e. Module I, II, III and II, III, IV

I understand that,
1. Submission of both the assignments/per subject is compulsory for appearing in the Term End Examination. My exam
grade for the subject/s will stand cancelled for which assignments are not submitted by the due date.
2. Use of any kind of unfair-means in the examination will attract punitive action/fine/cancellation of Registration by
AIMA.
3. Appearing in examination without having submitted the required exam/assignment fee is not permissible. This will
lead to cancellation of the exam/assignment grade.
4. I should not bring any valuable item at the exam centre. I shall not hold AIMA/Exam Centre responsible for loss of
any valuable item from the exam centre.
