CALL FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR FOCUS ZIMBABWE

We (the Interim Committee) have been working with the FOCUS Acting General Secretary (Rev. John
Kawadza), the national office and the AFES (Australian Fellowship of Evangelical Students) to revive
the work of FOCUS Zimbabwe. For a good background, please read the FOCUS Status Report

When we initially put up this page, we got a very encouraging response from people wishing to
support the work of FOCUS. We are very pleased to announce that anyone wishing to make
donations to FOCUS can now do so IMMEDIATELY! AFES have generously offered to host a portal for
the receipt and onward transmission of financial donations to FOCUS Zimbabwe. AFES

The full FOCUS budget (Feb-Dec 31, 2011) is $62 000 and consists of staff salaries for the national
and regional offices, office rent, equipment and stationery. Please prayerfully consider making a
contribution to FOCUS and we encourage you to act NOW as the need is urgent. All our financial
partners will receive regular financial updates from FOCUS.

Meanwhile, the FOCUS Zimbabwe website is under development and will eventually be used to
coordinate and communicate all FOCUS activities.
